Il DMA è uno strumento/questionario messo a disposizione dalla Comunità Europea al fine di misurare il grado di maturità digitale delle PMI e delle PA. Costituisce un requisito obbligatorio per accedere ai servizi ed è una prima ricognizione su cui poter ricevere un feedback. E' il punto di partenza - primo step del percorso di trasformazione digitale.
